Lerato N–Lerato N wins again! Her trainer/driver Brian Detgen gave her an absolute perfect trip, landing 3rd in line off the car, and remaining there through fast fractions in the 1st half. As the outer flow developed, he stayed tucked in 3rd on the rail, waiting for the passing lane to pounce. in a thrilling stretch-drive, Lerato and Brian over-came Give Me This Dance by a nose at the wire! Congratulations Team Lerato!
Dylan the Great- is hitting the track this Sunday! He’ll be competing in Race 8, starting from Post Position 5. While he’s not in the Open this week, he’s still up against a tough and talented field of nine. It’s shaping up to be a competitive race!
Cut A Rug (Carter)'s - Carter finished 2nd in the Friday night finale at Mineral Point! Cut a Rug was first off the car and, staying true to his name, cut the mile. It was a close two-horse race between him and stablemate Dance Traveler, with Dance Traveler just beating him by a nose at the wire for the win.
Carter raced great!
