Antetokounmpo – Antetokounmpo placed 4th in Tuesday’s Race #6. Trainer Mikaela Del Giudice said, “I’m so glad Antetokounmpo could put in a good effort and get another check for Summer Fling! Unfortunately, he got stuck behind a horse that was gapping out and couldn’t go anywhere until mid-stretch.”
Racing Ripper – Racing Ripper placed 6th in Tuesday’s Race #7. Trainer Nick Roland said, “Ripper raced great again last night!” With several horses leaving in his race, driver and trainer Nick Roland let those horses battle for the lead and settled in nicely in eighth on the rail. With a battle developing on the outside, Ripper ended up third over in the outer flow before having to tip three-wide coming into the stretch. He finished with a strong effort, crossing the wire in 6th.
