Lerato N was fast out of the gate to settle in third, and stayed there through the first two turns. Just past the half mile pole (which is coming out of the 2nd turn,) Brian pulled her to the outside to pass the two horses in front of her. She then had company on the outside around the last turn. Lerato tried hard down the home stretch and hung on for 4th to pick up another check!
Dylan the Great is racing on Sunday in race 10 in the Open Trot. He drew very well with post position 4 in a 9-horse field. Fun fact: Did you know that at Running Aces post positions 4, 5 and 6 have the highest win percentage?
Cut A Rug (Carter)'s is racing on Sunday in race 7. He drew post position 4 as well, with leading driver Rick Magee in the bike this week!
