Lerato N- is set to hit the track this Thursday, August 21st, drawing the 2-hole in a compact field of six. While she’ll be lining up against some talented and seasoned mares, Lerato has shown time and again that she’s more than capable of holding her own. With a favorable inside post and her trademark grit, she’ll be well-positioned to make a strong showing. All eyes will be on her as she looks to take advantage of the small field and prove she belongs among the best.

Dylan the Great-While Dylan is already feeling much better, the rules will keep him off the racetrack for 10 days, which means he’ll also miss this coming Sunday’s start. We will keep you posted on his progress and when we hope to see him back on the track!

Cut A Rug (Carter)'s - fired off the gate with his trademark early speed, quickly challenging for the lead before tucking into the pocket in 2nd. He sat tight through sharp opening fractions of :27.2 , saving his energy while tracking the front-runners. As the field charged into the stretch, Cold Creek Filipe powered to the front, shuffling Carter back to 3rd as heavy pressure mounted from the outside challengers. Around the final turn, Mooney sent him 3-wide , and Cut A Rug came flying with determination. He surged down the lane , giving everything he had, but just missed getting by the pair on the inside. It was a gritty, determined performance —another reminder that Cut A Rug always shows up as a contender.
