Minnesota Harness Racing Inc.’s New Owner Incentive Program offers up to $1,000—based on your ownership percentage (100% ownership = $1,000; must own at least 25% to qualify)—to be received after owning your horse for 30+ days. The horse in question must have raced/qualified at Running Aces at least once and made a minimum of 2 starts in Minnesota during the current racing season.

Participants also receive reimbursement for their first-year MHRI and USTA membership dues, along with the USTA horse transfer fee and MRC licensing fee.
