Our 2017 MHRI Condition Book is now. Extra copies are available in the Race Office. Since we are racing at Running Aces through September 16th, we will only be conducting fair racing after the Running Aces meet at Wheaton on September 23-24 and Cannon Falls on September 30th. Also on the county fair schedule is Cannon Falls on July 4th and St Peter on August 9th.
The next scheduled MHRI Board of Director's Meeting will be held on Monday, July 10th at 6:30 pm in the Horsemen's Lounge in Barn A at Running Aces.
Our first County Fair harness meet of the season will be held Tuesday, July 4th at Cannon Falls. Post Time is scheduled for 2:00 pm. Entries are due by Saturday, July 1st at 11:00 am. You may enter Online through the USTA or by calling the MHRI Office at (651) 964-8400.
For the first time ever, Purse checks for those horses NOT TESTED will no longer be held. Horses that are not sent to the Test Barn and not tested will see their purse money be released immediately and be paid in the next available Pay Period. MHRI would like to thank Dr. Hovda, the MRC and Running Aces for making the resources available to make this adjustment possible.

Race Replays are now available on the Running Aces website at www.runaces.com. Once on the site, go to Racing Resources to findthe link to the Race Replays. Race replays for the entire racing seasons from the years 2008 through 2016 are available.

The complete list of horses eligible for 5 of the Running Aces Late Closers is now available in the attachment below. Nominations for the $30,000 Dan Patch Free For All, which will be conducted on July 3rd, remain open and will close on June 19th.
Opening Day for the 2017 Harness Racing Season at Running Aces is Saturday, May 20th. We will have 52 days of racing and we will be racing three days a week, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, for the entire meet which will conclude with out annual Night of Champions on Saturday, September 16th.
Running Aces has announced a number of series. Three of the series will be for young non-winners for pacers and trotters, with added conditions for MN Owned/Bred horses, while there will also be two claiming series for lower claimers for both sexes. In addition, the Dan Patch Free For All Pace will be held on July 23rd. All of the series information and conditions are listed here.
